Youth Sports
The YMCA youth sports program is designed to provide the youth with opportunities to develop an appreciation for sports, learn physical and leadership skills and have fun! We do this with the help of volunteers, coaches, parents, and staff who care about the healthy development of all children and our ongoing commitment to good sportsmanship. We offer summer and winder basketball, summer baseball, T-ball, and fall and spring soccer to all children of the community. Come to the place where kids come first and everyone plays.

SPORTSMANSHIP Playing hard but fair, working as a team, appreciating the opportunity to compete, helping a teammate or an opponent up after a penalty or goal and hoping the other team plays their best are important to our commitment to good sportsmanship. We encourage each other to do well and always shake our opponents’ hands after every game. We play to do our best, not just to win. Whether your child is kicking, passing, throwing or catching, we focus on having fun, being part of a team, and instilling the character values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
VOLUNTEERS YMCA adult volunteers play an important role in youth sports. The enthusiasm and commitment of our volunteer coaches allow the children to learn and grow with their teammates.
