Free Land Group Exercise Classes at Albany YMCA- The variety of classes offered at the Albany Area YMCA range in length from 15-minutes to 60-minutes.  They are scheduled at convenient times for all individuals, and offer a cardiovascular, strength training, core balance or flexibility workout for individuals of different ages and fitness levels.  Check out the monthly Group Exercise Schedule for class descriptions and times.

Fee Based Classes at Albany YMCA-  Fee based classes at the Albany Area YMCA offer more specialized training to improve the skill level of individuals in a particular sport or dance or offer education, presentations or special services you do not receive with free classes.  Please see the flier specific to each class located at the Membership Relations.

Examples: ~ Aikido,  Boot Camp (military),  Boot Camp (bridal),  Boot Camp,  Tennis Lessons, Youth Dance, Ballroom Dance, Daily Dose, and Jump Start.
